Shipping policy

When your order ships
The PEMB Training Model usually ships in 2–3 business days and arrives in 1–2 weeks. Micro Buildings are printed to order, so they usually ship within a week and arrive in about a week and a half. These times count from the order date and are the same with or without a logo. Arrival depends on the destination, the carrier and, for orders outside the United States, customs.

Have a training session or event date? Before you order, email justice@pyriteprinting.com with the product, quantity, destination and date, so we can talk about what's possible. A date request starts a conversation; it doesn't confirm a delivery date.

Where we ship
The PEMB Training Model ships free to the United States, Canada and 22 other countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye and the United Kingdom. Outside the United States and Canada, we sell to business customers only (see our Terms of Service).

Micro Buildings ship only to the United States and Canada, with shipping included in the batch price, so checkout shows free shipping. Checkout doesn't offer shipping for Micros to any other country, so an order that includes Micros needs a delivery address in the United States or Canada.

Orders ship from the United States.

Duties and taxes outside the United States
Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Free shipping covers delivery only; it doesn't cover these charges.

Tracking
If tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Missing or damaged on arrival
Please check your order when it arrives. If a part, or a Micro from your batch, is missing from the box or arrives damaged, email justice@pyriteprinting.com with your order number. For orders delivered in the United States or Canada, we replace missing or arrival-damaged parts and Micros free of charge, including the replacement shipping. We don't ship replacements outside the United States and Canada.
