Modification Needed

Cut tab out of lower ash tray opening.

Install Steps

  • Tilt in bezel so lower bar is inside of ash tray opening. Screw this in with screws through the factory holes.
  • Use factory screws from ash tray mount to secure upper bezel.
  • Two screws at bottom of bezel through factory lower dash sheetmetal.

Assembly Instructions

#4 flat head sheet metal screws placement - do not overtighten

  • Use flat head metal screws to hold in both upper and lower inserts. Tighten screws snug.
  • Be sure to NOT over tighten screws to holes in plastic.
  • Top holes are thru holes. Use flat head screws in dash body to screw sheet metal screws thru to hold bezel in place.
  • Screw in snug. Do not over tighten. Over tightening screws will strip out the plastic material.

Phone Tray Option Note

The tray will hit the vent tube behind it! You will need to remove the vent, or you can cut the back of the tray to your liking. This material can be glued.

Storage tray for phone or storage area. Hole in back for charger wire.

Material & Ordering Info

  • This material can be sanded and painted if desired.
  • Cracking may happen when tightening screws into plastic. This is OK, but be careful you don't crack it bad enough you break a piece off.
  • Drillable blank for smaller gages or cig lighter power spot.
  • Gage hole sized for 2-1/16 gage.

The bezel is the same for all.

Printing will begin after payment is received. Allow a week for printing.
